Therefore, the use of technology will play a key role at the school through the use of appropriate computational tools, the internet, and software that provides mathematical contexts and simulations that would otherwise be inaccessible in the classroom.

Writing will occur daily across the curriculum at the school. The writing process will be directly instructed based on the Florida Standards. Ongoing writing strategies will be implemented in all areas to highlight the importance of this life-long skill.
